Rude staff. Apparently, you have to eat a gigantic meal to donate, my normal bar and banana had me on a "empty" stomach. Then I was told that I only had good veins in one arm, which is not true. The last straw was apparently the blood pressure cuff has to be all the way up on your arm. The lab clerk yelled "WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS WOMAN AND HER SWEATSHIRT". It wasn't a sweatshirt, just a long sleeved shirt. After all of that, I was over the rude attitude and walked out.
Been here 2 times now and the staff is always so nice and friendly. I always worried that I would be treated differently for doing something like this, but I have felt far from that at this center. It’s also pristine inside so that makes me feel good also! The young lady at the front desk always has a smile on her face and greets me. Will definitely be continuing to save lives and make some extra $ while doing it
Very clean facility! Staff is very nice and gets you in and out quickly.
