It is nice that they offer a bonus (gas is not cheap), but once the initial 30 days pass the rates are uninspiring. This would be fine if they had more weekend hours or child care, but this program works best for unemployed, childless first-time donors. They lost my protein test twice, and I cannot donate again until that is completed. As much as I want to help save lives, I can't drive an hour to the center to be tested only to have them lose my sample again and again, and waste time and fuel because of their incompetenc... read more
A few of their techs aren't very good. One tech couldn't stick me right causing me to loose blood and can't donate for over a month.

I have been donating here for almost a year. I have never had any issues. Every stick is done well, if I am uncomfortable at all someone is right there to make any necessary adjustments. Staff is friendly and professional.
just went up there to donate and did all the stuff to check in and my pulse was high so I had to go sit down (completely fine I understand why) they told me I was to wait 5 minutes. well 30 minutes went by and NOONE else was going through line they were all just behind the desk flabbing their gums completely forgot about me so I gathered my things and walked out and made sure I made eye contact with the lady named Sarah who told me told go sit down and forgot me and she still had no Idea she forgot me the staff needs to worr... read more
My wife recently went and got a hematoma on her arm. The first employee thought it was just a clog in the machines filter, so she did nothing about it. A second employee noticed it was her arm, after the machine continued to beep, but he tried to blame the incident on my wife, saying she should have let them know. Then after visiting with the nurse, the nurse just left and told my wife to wait 15 minutes before leaving.
