I would give 5 stars, but they lose a star for the hematoma they gave me on my second donation. The girl stuck the needle in wrong and they didn’t check on me before it was too late. I was in pain for 3 weeks after this incident and I couldn’t even do the dishes for 3 weeks. I called the location to talk to a nurse and it took them over 5 days to call me back. Definitely shows a lack of care of concern on their part. Once  patience are out of their care, they definitely don’t was to deal with them, even if the mistake was on... read more

I swear at this point I would give 0 stars if I could... This is pure ridiculous. I wish I could share a photo of all these people waiting to get a chair. Why is the managers or nurses out here when they have no help. If the lady in the back has no new patients, I feel she should be out here also. I mean while yes we do this for extra money, but when it becomes worse every time you visit this facility, you just quit coming, in which I had for a few months thinking maybe they would get it together. If I would have not drove ... read more

I would like to give a NO star rating. This place is a study in ineptitude and unclear communication. You waste donors time and money because your physical intake people are unqualified, inept and borderline unsanitary. Shame on you. Plasma donation is very, very important in medical and research matters. Your place makes a mockery of all medical related businesses. The people who do the actual donation procedure are good at what they do but your physical intake people are in dire need of communication training and san... read more

Save yourself, this place is awful!!! I drive 45 miles each way to TRY to donate only to be rejected BOTH TIMES because my blood pressure was 2 over what they say is "normal". Do yourself a favor find another place and save the aggravation, frustration, your time and gas.

But I recently returned to BioLife and started donating again there people need more practice putting the IV in I recently have had 5 returns and out of 5 times coming back I have had 1 that I was able to complete the whole donation 4 times they have started the process and had to mess with the IV or changed arms and miss so they sent me home. Today was the 6th time and this time they said the machine messed up an they couldn't do a blood return and told me I am deferred for 8 weeks. So they screwed me ou... read more

I have had the pleasure of running into Ms. Savannah Garza. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable in her field. She made all the difference in my overall experience! Thank you again!

A small group is cliquey within facility Maxine being at the helm. The issues I have been having since first donation back on June 15th to present have only gotten worse. I called the facility and left several messages but no one called me back. The website the respondent includes in your comment here and on their other review sites do not contact you back even though the responds you receive after you submit it says someone will contact you within three business days. Makes you really wonder. You should feel safe, comfort... read more

The online materials for biolife indicate you have a 10 minute window for your appointments. I arrived at 6:06 for a 6pm appointment and found the doors locked. Although people saw me at the door, no one opened it. If you lock the doors at 6pm then make your last appointment at 5:50pm. I drove from work like a bat out of hell to arrive for the appointment within the window. They have donors wait as long as an hour after screening to donate but they cant wait 10 mins in accordance with their own policies.

While donating I was asked by (then pressured) by one of the plasma center technicians, (Hayley) to use a arm for donation I expressed discomfort in using. The result was an additional, and unwanted puncture site that could have been avoided if the donors request relating to their own body took precedent over what made staff's job less taxing. While it is understandable that alternate veins are needed at times to complete donations successfully, it is something entirely different to pressure a donor into doing so solely to ... read more
