lol a joke they denied me my opportunity to donate which ok thats a inconvenience, but they went so totally out of the way to do it. One manager, who didnt let me donate the first time, acted as if i could donate this time, only to hear the nurse come from the office yelling "no not him he cant donate!!!" to the "surprise" of the manager. I dont understand why theyre so motivated to prevent me from donating its bizarre.

Great experience 9/10 times but their app and website are frequently down and they then allow Walk in appointments and get backed up like most other plasma centers. When they get backed up they don’t open the other half of the floor to help with the overflow. Twice in the past two weeks there has been over a hour wait just to get screened, today I even had an appointment and was told the line was for all people even appointments. Less than pleased that they make you have an appointment and then have a 3 hour turn around time... read more
horrible.... they messed up the needle twice and tried to say it was my fault... caused two hematoma in each arm. they are getting lazy.... won't go back!!!! not even my father or fiance will go back.
