Systems are going down multiple times per week (according to staff) since they changes their managing software about a month ago. When the software goes down, they will not compensate you unless you complete the donation process, regardless how many Hours it takes to come back up. Had to go take an important medication after filling out the form and before vitals but since they didn't escort me (had 8/9 people in line and 4 sitting, who get to jump the line since new) to see it, was told I had to leave. Makes no sense, anyth... read more

I have been a loyal donor at the BioLife center in Warner Robins for over four years. Unfortunately, what was once a center that upheld high standards has noticeably declined in quality. The recent turnover in management and staff seems to have resulted in the loss of many experienced and dedicated employees, which has severely impacted service and professionalism. The new nurses and staff appear unfamiliar with BioLife’s policies and operating procedures. Instead of providing clear, evidence-based responses to reasonable q... read more

Only one good phlebotomist here apparently. She did say she was the best and apparently rightfully so, but I didn't realize she was the only good one. First 2 times went perfect when it was the same lady. The third time the lady did not seem knowledgeable, asked me in a condescending tone if I'd "EVER had a successful donation" after even glancing at my arm (mind you in the arm the awesome lady had absolutely NO issues with the first two times and had said I was easy and that I did great), stuck me, then had someone else com... read more

Have gone around 25 times or so never really had much of an issue but when I had to get my blood checked after 6 months to check the proteins in my blood to see if I could continue to donate I had a shitty experience with the young lady dani taking my blood. Everything was going fine but her ability to hold a needle steady was pretty poor I felt stinging moving from one angle to the next to where I had to react to the stabbing of the needle I pulled back and squirted blood everwhere. That itself wasnt a big deal but she re... read more

I went in for my first plasma donation hoping to make a difference, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. The phlebotomist who handled my procedure was training a new hire, yet she set the machine incorrectly. As a result, it only took my blood and didn’t return any plasma at all. Not only was the mistake serious, but what upset me most was how it was handled. The phlebotomist didn’t apologize, take responsibility, or even explain what happened. She avoided me afterward and left me feeling ignored and uneasy. This... read more

I went in for my first plasma donation with the intention of helping others, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. The phlebotomist set the machine incorrectly, which resulted in it taking only my blood and not returning any plasma. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability—she never apologized, and instead avoided addressing the mistake altogether. I felt ignored, dismissed, and honestly unsafe. This was my first time donating, and I was expecting professionalism and c... read more
