I wish I could give 0 stars, the flamboyant more Hispanic looking male is a bad tech, he jabbed me at least 4 times and didn’t draw blood and said it was cuz I was fat and had rolling veins. I’ve never had that in my life. Secondly, they understaff and it takes more than 3 hours just to process, blood screen, height and weight, etc. Then when you finally do process it’s another 4ish hour wait just to draw freaking blood, this is unacceptable and for how little they pay you for blood they give for over 100x the value to a pat... read more
No customer service exists. They can Careless, I’m pretty new and they treat u like nothing.
This is ridiculous. Four and a half hours waiting for make a donation. Every week is getting worse and worse.
