I absolutely love this place! As a woman and busy mom, I always feel comfortable working out here. The environment is clean, private, and easy to fit into a busy schedule. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is the ARX training equipment. The workouts are incredibly efficient while helping build strength, support bone density, and improve overall fitness. I’ve been working out for years, but there’s truly nothing like the ARX machines at Biohack Studios. The workouts are next level, so efficient and powerful. I also love the red light therapy and cold plunge; they really complement my recovery. The studio is always spotless, and I appreciate the scheduled time slots. They keep it peaceful and never crowded. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
