I’ve been coming to this wellness center for almost two years now, and it has honestly become one of my favorite places for recovery and self-care. Had an awesome experience at Biohack Cryo & Wellness in Woodland Hills! I tried their Ammortal and Hyperbaric Therapy, and wow!!!! I felt so good afterward. As someone who plays basketball, recovery is a huge part of staying active, and I really noticed how refreshed I felt after the sessions. Dirty and expensive
The cold plunge id definitely recommend. The coldest plunge i ever experienced, and i know my plunges. Overall really great experience, clean space as well. Very optimal for my mental health. Will be returning in about 5 days for sure
