3 weeks ago, I gave a 1star review. The response blamed the pandemic that had nothing to do with my order. Also, they said the order was April 29, 2020, which is true. The credit card dispute department took forever to process my dispute. They finally notified me Nov 2020 in writing that Hayden would refund my money, because they loaded the wrong sod (which they admit). When I contacted Hayden, he refused to refund my $. He claims $216 has been refunded, but he’s confusing it with a cancelled order made April 23, 2020. I REF... read more
