I had been a patient of Dr. Lewis's starting in May of 2022 for help with detoxing.The program i signed up for was for 6,000.00 in may for 7 months starting may ending in December of 2022. BioDesign in South Tampa presents a high-end, “posh” image, but the focus feels more on selling subscriptions than patient care. I went for hormone therapy and chose injections, yet no one showed me how to administer them. When I followed up for help, they only sent a pamphlet. The office manager then suggested I come back to purchase another option. It felt like they were more interested in making money than supporting patients — as if they expect everyone to have unlimited funds.
BioDesign MedSpa is incredible. Beautiful setting, and the team is warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. My treatment and results exceeded my expectations and my skin has never looked better.
