Really happy with my treatments. I started getting hair removal for my legs and underarms about 6 months ago. I havent had to shave in so long! I signed up with Amber and got a really great price too. My technicians were super friendly and did a great job. Happy not to have to buy razors and get bumps any more :)

Stay Away, please! – I was convinced by the manager at the time Melinda Cruz that if I made the purchase in full with my CareCredit she would give me a discount. Melinda Cruz stated that I had to purchase a 2-6inch pkg. to cover the costs for the size of the tattoo. She stated that according to the size and colors of the tattoo that it would take about 1 year to have the tattoo gone so I would need 10 treatments, 10 months, treatments spaced out every 4 weeks to allow for healing time. Losers! – customer service is key to success! No customers, no business! When TRAIN 1. Uses a speaker phone 2. When she doesnt hear the number 1 and writes a 2... ... Writing/hearing issues! 3 Answers a question with a question 4. Tells a potential client to go elsewhere 5. Hangs up on a potential customer with referrals!!!! Good luck!!!

Thanks Bioderm!! – I have gotten a number of different treatments done here including photofacials, micropeels, botox, restylane, and perlane injections. I had instant gratification with the injectables! My lips are now fuller and more symmetrical, with minimum swelling and bruising. Now as for the photofacials and micropeels, I was a little scared at first because I had heard it was painful, but NOT AT ALL. No more Freckles!!!! – I have always been embrassed of my freckles. Then I heard from my friend about Bioderm and they have treatments that will help remove my freckles. I started to get treatments about a year and a half ago. Well I am happy to say NO MORE FRECKLES!!!! I get Photofacials and micropeels. Ready for summer!!! – Shaving had always been a pain for me but all of that changed when I decided to get laser hair removal at Bioderm!! I started to see results after the first treatment, I have now had 4 treatments and I barely even have to shave, its amazing!!!! The staff is friendly and they are also willing to work with you on pricing and financing, making it affordable to anyone who's interested, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to throw away the razor for good:)

Awesome Service!! – I have been going to BioDerm for about a year now and I couldn't be happier with my results. I have been struggling with acne on my back and was real self conscious about wearing tank tops or anything showing even a part of my back. They then introduced me to Micropeels. I can now go out in public and show some skin without feeling embarrassed! On top of that they made me feel really comfortable about it. Their service rocked!!!

Sooo excited to tell you about Bioderm Skin Care and Laser Center in Frisco. Sheena a Medical Aesthetician shared with me in my FREE consultation what was needed in recovering my youthful appearance. With the soothing demeanor of Sheena, the laser procedures are gentle and Botox injections are like little bee stings. No pain at all. Along with the procedures and the products laid out by Sheena, the overall appearance of my skin makes me look 20 years younger. I look forward to my next visit!
