Today was the first day I have needed emergency bloodwork, while not hospitalized, in nearly 6 years. I was observably nervous when coming into the office and had just come out of a very distressing dr. Appointment. I clarified my need for a butterfly needle since I have a terrible needle phobia and also expressed that I have fainted from having blood drawn before. I came to the lab by 11:45 am it should close at 12:00 for launch time i knock the door no one open it but another Arabic guy came at 11: 53 am they open and take his blood . No respect at all
