I called Bioclean and requested an appointment to determine if mold was present under my window. I was impressed with the young lady that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. She had a great personality and offered excellent customer service. David came out and shared his expertise and wisdom. He was thorough and offered resources to resolve the issue. I had a damaged kitchen ceiling from a shower drain leak and came to BioClean looking for answers. They were not the first company my wife and I contacted, but they were the one we used because they worked with us instead of trying to sell us something in a hurry. Two thumbs up for Bioclean! Bioclean to the rescue! I used their smoke smell removal services as a tenant left a terrible smoke smell and I was worried that I would never be able to get rid of it. Scheduled these guys to do odor remediation in a rental house and they were great. From the time I called, to the consult, to the install and final removal of equipment… nothing but absolute professionalism. If I ever needed their services again, I would definitely call them!
