I had called Bioclean 10+ years ago regarding hardwood floors that were beginning to “buckle.” They came, assessed the situation, placed a vapor barrier in the crawl space with a dehumidifier. We enlisted their services again last week. Two techs came, after hours, and installed a new dehumidifier with a vented exhaust. I am thoroughly satisfied with the expert service provided by Bioclean. Great job!!

I had a good experience with this company. They completed my crawlspace encapsulation, installed a dehumidifier, and replaced the insulation (mice got into the old stuff). The entire process went smoothly. They allowed enough time between stripping out the old plastic and insulation and installing the new for me to have the crawlspace treated to make sure the mice don't come back. They were efficient and very easy to work with. They left the space looking great. I would recommend them to anyone needing crawlspace work done. ... read more

I first contacted Bioclean because I had some suspected water damage in both of my bathrooms. They have communicated with me about the issues they found at each step along the way, even sending photos of each stage of the process. They were able to refer me to a great plumber and worked with him to make sure everything was properly prepared for a new shower to be installed after the old shower needed to be torn out.
