Please Read Before Paying for Mold Remediation by any company. I’m sharing this experience so others don’t pay for mold remediation they may not actually need. I take responsibility for my part in reacting and making a decision out of fear, but what I learned afterward is important. Before I purchased my home, a mold air test was done. Unfortunately, I really wish I listened to the reviews here. I was aware this company had poor reviews but booked them based on our initial consultation with Sal and the hope for a good experience. We went with BioClean despite having a cheaper quote elsewhere. Unfortunately, the day of our job was a nightmare. The workers arrived 1 hr 10 minutes late without any phone call. I do NOT recommend BioClean. They have held up my moving process for WEEKS and have made an already incredible stressful situation (me being permanently displaced due to mold in my rental) even more stressful. I cannot plan my move until I get a quote for remediation of my personal items and every day when I call I'm told that "the technician is working on it". I now have to scramble to find someone else so I can move in 4 days. I am beyond frustrated and upset.

Bio clean claimed that they completed service after they had made me wait around all day and the technician never showed. But the bill came. It took a conversation, but they were able to figure out that the technician did not show. Even still, they have sent me emails constantly asking to give them a review. With no way to opt out of the emails. Here is your review.
