I want to clarify that this website is not a scam, but their customer service and communication are severely lacking. I ordered the AnteAGE moisturizer on 22/12/23, and it took 18 days for it to finally arrive today. The delivery was delayed without any notice, and many of my emails went unanswered. The only response I received was when the product was finally shipped to the post office. While the product eventually arrived, the lack of communication and long delays were disappointing
This website appears to be a scam. I ordered AnteAGE moisturizer 10 days ago, but I have not received any updates or notifications about my order being shipped. If I don’t hear back soon, I will dispute the transaction with my bank. Please be cautious when dealing with this site.
Have not been able to get a responce from this company after many emails, voice messages and texts. I fear that i have fallen for a scam company. I bought the AnteAGE skin care system through them online. Been a week with no responce to my questions on delivery as they gave me a confirmation of order but no email as to it being sent. Very poor communication skills. Will be trying for a refund.
