Absolutely amazing service!! The staff are always efficient. I’ve been coming here for years and have noticed that the overall service has become slower than it used to be. However, this is not the fault of the staff doing the blood work, they work as quickly as they can and are fantastic. It seems that the increased paperwork has added a lot of extra steps before the blood work can even begin.
I recently had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and professional. The blood draw was done so carefully and skillfully that I didn’t have a bruise afterward, despite several vials being taken. Thank you for making the experience so comfortable!
Most inefficienct system I've ever witnessed. Person drawing blood even left to go buy supplies when the waiting room was full. Had a sign up sheet that they removed so no-one was able to sign up causing chaos. Crossed a person off the list that hadn't been served. The person calling names didn't even go into the waiting room. She yelled the names while sitting at a desk where bloodwirk is done. I had to leave after an hour wait. They served 3 people in that time! There were 7 more waiting before I would finally be served...... read more
