Hard to rate this with stars alone. I found the staff were efficient and I appreciated being able to book an appointment online. I also like being able to access my online results in the portal. But I also am concerned about the cleanliness of the clinic- particularly, there is a garbage can next to the first blood draw chair closest to the door that has one of those flipper lids that you have to touch to put things into it. Were closed at 3.40 even though it says open until 4. I took time off, paid for parking, came downstairs and they were closed, with no note explaining why.
Mirna is a phlebotomist wizard. I went in nervous, she blinked, and suddenly my blood was taken and I didn’t even have time to panic. Barely felt it! 10/10 would let her stab me again!!!
