Were closed at 3.40 even though it says open until 4. I took time off, paid for parking, came downstairs and they were closed, with no note explaining why.
Mirna is a phlebotomist wizard. I went in nervous, she blinked, and suddenly my blood was taken and I didn’t even have time to panic. Barely felt it! 10/10 would let her stab me again!!!
The senior lab technician is nice and answer your question. But another staff with blonde hair treated me very badly today. I am new in Canada and wanted to ask if I can do additional test and would like to pay for it. But instead of explaining she was rude with me. I didn’t like how she treated me, even I was just asking a question.
Great staff. Really helpful and patient.
Went in for a some blood testing and they needed to take a few vials. I have pretty bad anxiety around needles and the woman who did my blood draw was heroically efficient and kind my entire visit.
