RecommendedExtremely friendly and knowledgeable group. Highly recommend if you are having any aches and pains or are on your feet for long hours. I have used the custom orthotics made by Bio-Tech both in my life as a nurse and thru-hiker and could not be happier with the results. Go out and see these folks, you won't regret it!

I thought I was destined for foot pain and would have to give up hiking but Dr. Robert changed that for me. His patient, polite demeanour made me feel welcome at every visit. I got two pairs of custom orthotics and results are in: I just finished a 60km track with no foot pain whatsoever. This is a game changer for me and I credit the biotech team.
Robert is the best at what he does! He was so patient with me and so very friendly!!!!!! He informed me that if I had any problems with my shoes for me to just bring them back and they would take care of me until I was completely satisfied. Though I'd only get to go there once a year, I'm already looking forward to next year and that's 12 months from now!!!
What a pleasure to meet the staff, professional and I was taken back prior to my appointment time. Robert was so informative and made me feel at ease with the whole process. It is important to me to be included in what is happening and I can say that Robert did that. Would highly recommend them.
