WORST of the WORST labs EVER for covid testing. If you go to a site that uses this lab...RUN. 3 days no results and NO ONE can help you! They advertise UP TO 48 hours BS! Horrible! No wonder this virus is a pandemic. Places like this don't give a crap. If Minus 10 was an option, that's the rating I would give. Because of them, I will NOT use MD Now again. 3 of my friends were tested other places and got results the NEXT DAY !!

Stay away! Still haven’t recieved my sons blood results after a wk. these test should’ve been back in less than 72 hrs. I now have sick child with no answer. When I phoned the lab they had no answers for me. Unexceptable! Stay away!!!

If you have a parent and child going for a covid test one would think maybe we should process both tests together.. But NOT this lab!! 54hrs after giving the sample, my results are not back but my daughters I got back 16 hrs later.. I should be thankful that the test were only needed to go to a sporting event and not a medical procedure.. I will billing them for the $200+ Dollars spent for the tickets that are not refundable due to the labs incompetence !!!

Typical of NYS to partner up with the a slow unreliable lab like this. I made a profile on their website after my covid-19 test and 4 days later they haven't even "found any information" on me a a patient. Nurses or whoever were nice at the testing site but other than that... they absolutely suck. Cuomo screws up another time by picking them. First he kills a few THOUSAND elderly by sending covid patients to nursing homes now picks these jokes as the testing company...

Worst place to test. They should lose their license. Got tested July 9th. It is now Sunday the 26th and nothing. I called several times because my employer was waiting for these results. I emailed them and no answer. I will be calling my insurance company to stop payment as well. Playing with peoples lives and employment. Rated 0

This is the lab the MD Now (Urgent care facility) in Florida uses for lab results. They are taking a longgggggg time to get back Covid results and results are dubious. My first test came back "inconcusive" after a week of waiting. I went for another test at MD Now and still waiting for a week with no news. In Miami, the virus is rampant and I need to know my results! 8 days latter and 100 different stories why my results aren’t ready.... very angry... stay away from this lab....like stay away as far as possible! If I could give them 0 stars, I totally would!!!!

I think this test was useless indeed. I took a test 6/10/2020. The flyer they gave me said it may take 5-7days to get result. Even I received email from them that the result is available, I coulnd't get it. . They asked me to contact, email to them for identify. I've been checking, send them email everyday, or tried to call them. Never got through or I received same email that they will respond you in 48 hours.
