Yes the previously posted reviews are valid. I just worked 11 days under the auspices of a sister company which hires staff for BioReference Labs and can attest to there being very poor adherence to medical safety and laboratory standards. The squandering of resources for COVID testing by this company is scandalous in the face of this pandemic.
One star is being too generous. Took a Covid test on Monday and still haven't received any results. I called customer service 5 days after the test and waited on the phone for 1.5 hours to get an update. Customer service said they're "working on it" and can't guarantee when I'll get the results. I can't go back to work until I get my results. People rely on these tests to resume with their lives or know what they have. How can you run a business this way? Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. DO NOT USE!!!
This is the company that my county is using for COVID testing. I had my minor child tested for school and have had nothing but problems getting a child's results. Results for people under 18 years old aren't allowed to create an account and parents are directed to email for access. The generic auto reply email says someone will reach out in 48 hours, by day 5, I had to email again. They tell me results are released to my email.
