Tom and Steve were AMAZING. They took the time to call to ask questions and carried out the necessities skillfully with precision and empathy. I believe they went above and beyond their call of duty. And I cannot forget about James who handled the insurance process impeccably! He was there every step of the way! Top notch staff at Bio Recovery!! I'd highly recommend the company as their staff made a difficult experience less stressful.

Tom and Steve were life savers!! They communicated with me every step of the way and worked together seamlessly to ensure I would not have to endure this horrible experience on my own. Guys…God willing , I hope I’ll never see you again, but if so, you are the team I’d want in my corner. Thank you both so much!!!

Tom and Steve provided an invaluable service for our family. It is a great comfort to know this service is available to alleviate stress and trauma for families. Coordinating the service was fast and the gentleman were very empathetic and respectful of our wishes. For anyone who finds themselves in need of this help, I highly recommend this company. Made a difficult time less stressful by taking that off our plate. Thank you.

Jaz and Emily were a godsend to our family at a very difficult time. They were very prompt when arriving to the cleanup site. They kept us informed every step of the way and treated us with such kindness.
