I have been dealing with a mouse problem in my garage despite quarterly pest control services and bait stations. My kiddo and I let things pile up a bit too much but with the mice issue, I was too freaked out to clean the garage myself, so it all got a little out of hand. They did a good job with the bulk of it. They forgot to look around and find other matter around that they needed to clean. Because this is a sensitive and heartbreaking event I won’t go into detail. But cleaning the rest up on your own was tough and traumatic. It was a lot of different spots. Very expensive for an ok job. Because it was a sensitive incident I would say it was horrible. I wish they were more detail oriented. Would not suggest them for any delicate and sensitive clean ups.

We found Bio-One by filling out an Angi request for someone in our area to treat mold. I am very pleased with their communication, professionalism and prompt service. They were great to work with and got the job done.

I would highly recommend Bio-One and Ty, who did my cleaning. I got a couple quotes and Bio-One was the cheapest. They also did the work incredibly fast (starting the same day I called), even though Ty had to travel from Idaho Falls to Boise. Ty was extremely kind in handling an emotionally difficult time for my family, and he did a great job with the cleaning.
