We bought a bunch of Max-Air CAPR systems for our hospital and several have broken in less than a month. The contact info for the company is a "black-hole". Good luck getting them to call or email back. We need warranty coverage and all they want to do is sell you more units, not stand behind their products.
Great place to work, great product.
Not a good business at all. I went to interview at this place and the hiring manager Kathy Doran was racist and misleading with the job description. Job stated it started at 6:30am and she said it was at 6:15am. It was to enter orders and she said no, its customers service with accounting. If she dint want to give me an opportunity she dint have to lied, if she lied to potentials employees then she must lied to customers too, not a professional business at all, work ethics far below!!!
