I have been donating plasma with bio life for a year and did not have a problem until today. The donation technician blew a vein in each arm. She inserted the needles in the wrong direction. When one vein had no flow, she removed it and tried the other arm and connected the old tubing with a blood clot on the end and when that one didn't work, she disconnected it and said, oh, look, there's a blood clot. Long wait not enough chairs open to donate for a quick in and out, but they do have newer machines. Not my normal normal
