Horrible, I literally keep getting the run around on my results, my sister was told she wasn’t in the system when she tested right before me. I was then told did I pay for stat on my results when I wasn’t even given an option. The receptionist was rude and hung up in my face. Wish I could give it negative stars
No phone #, no website. Did not send me my lab results, after 4 weeks.
I was There on saturday and no one was there. Is it open or not? 9.30 am an no one there.
First time I went to this location was a really good experience. It was fast and the people were great. Second time they were rude and the third they never returned from lunch if they were ever there to begin with. I'm disabled and take the bus. It takes a Lot of effort to get to where I need to be without having to schedule a ride 5 days in advance to get anywhere medical. Let me start off by saying my fear of blood and needles is intense. I went into the lab and I was greeted by Cheryl, she was so polite and very comforting. She was walking me through a multitude of ways that we could have my blood drawn. She was very understanding of my fears and recommended that my wife be in the room with me. I was in the room ready to get my blood drawn and an immense amount of fear overtook me, but she kept digging until I overcame it.
