It works. I have lost a pound a day on this diet, I am never hungry. I wish that the improved app was available for my kindle or phone where I can add recipes and calculate the Glycals. I also would like to know if I can put more dressing on my salad if it is fat free. I wish there were more foods listed on the app such a lemon juice and I couldn't find vegetable or chicken broth either.
