The location closest to my house decided they did not want to do the extra work to get a sample from my very scared toddler. At the recommendation of her pediatrician we came to this location. Immediately i informed the phlebotomist at the desk she would be difficult and she just smiled, said that's ok and they were there to help! And it did end up taking 3 of us to hold her steady, but they did it with no complaint! Very nice staff! Excellent customer service!
