Ok David Zaw here it goes! First of all save yourself the aggravation and hire a larger more professional company. Or one that stands by their word. First they came into my home and stepped all Over my hard wood floors after standing in a puddle. Their sneakers were soaked and left water marks ALL OVER my wood floor. I mentioned it to them and they CONTINUED to walk in and out of a puddle. Two carpets 5x7 to clean 120.00 the guy who came to my house he cant even walk , i have to hook up everything for him, took the carpets where he was park to make it easy for him dont vaccun the carpet, still came ou dirty and ugly he mees up my day and my rugs, never again
They were rude & did not communicate at all and I ended up with darks stains & two days later they looked dirty again. Just had my carpets done again by some other company and so much better. I would never pay for your services again.
When we moved into our new house I was less than thrilled with the rugs. After having Bio Clean come out today they look brand new and Roger couldn't have been nicer. Thank you!
