We had several bids from remediation companies around the area and Bio Clean 911 not only had the best price, but the most comprehensive report and estimate for the work that was needed. They gave me a starting date but called to say they could start 3 days early!! Their crew was professional and kept a clean and tidy worksite (which is important to us). John Denny was the consummate professional. He new his product backwards and forwards and explained the remediation process to us step by step answering any questions we had. Out of the three bids we got his process was the most through. His crew was friendly, polite, hardworking and respectful of our home. We are extremely satisfied with the results. John and his team remediated a mold condition in my home. I was completely pleased with the quality of their work, the professionalism of John and his team, and the level of integrity of determining the work that needed to be done.
