Stoped in today tas a new donor everything was great untill mouthswab drug screen came up with a false positive for opiates . Company would not retest!!! Absolutly rediculous callin corporate office in the morning

My review for the bio blood business was really good, whatever you want to call the people taking the plasma (nurses) are always having a good time an still doing their job right.

Filthy, rude, not at all streamlined or efficient. – I had heard the stories from friends that this place isn't exactly the best, but at $50 for the first 4 visits, in cash? AWESOME. Sign me up, stories be damned! I gathered my most recent paper mail, my social security card, ID and a book, and I made the long journey with visions of actually eating for once dancing in my head. Way too long.... – They say your first visit should be 2-3hours, mine took just under 5 hours and 30 minutes. The following visits should take 1hr - 1 hr and 30 mins. The 2nd visit took 2 hours and 30 minutes, last visit I left after an hour and no one was called back to donate. They say they open at 7am, but it was 10 after 8 until the first person was actually hooked up. Don't go early and expect to get out early.

Effecient! – I like this place, they're so effecient and make it as painless as possible. On top of that they pay the most- almost double what other places pay. I suggest this place to everyone. Make sure you bring two pieces of mail in the envelope with your name on it and postmarked within the last 30 days. It is required to provide proof of current address!

Fantastic Place – I have been going here for over 3 years now. I have always liked them and the staff is very professional. They just recently (today) changed their new donor payments. The first 4 times a brand new person goes, they get $50 each visit. And they are offering referral bonuses to regular donors. I brought my friend in today and they donated, I got an extra $5.
