I did not have a 4.9 experience at this spa. The receptionist was nice and the shop was clean, but the main esthetician (owner) was rude and rushed the procedure. I informed her I was getting a face tattoo and she responded by telling me the other ladies in the shop were criticizing me (unnecessary negativity) after I had already told her the decision was made and I wasn't looking for opinions.
