I stepped in to advocate for my friend after his car got towed incurring unnecessary out of pocket expenses on his daughter's graduation day! The email communication went to spam. Truly disappointed in lack of understanding, communication, professionalism & failure to follow through! Property Manager passes the buck to Corporate. But Linda says "her hands are tied & does nothing". A true waste of time. Unacceptable and intolerable in how all of you have dropped the ball!

I have lived in this complex for many years, and I must comment on two people in particular. Jaque our property manager and Don the overworked maintenance man. Yesterday I received a new stove and refrigerator. Was unable to be there to unload the refrigerator. Don not only had to take out the old appliances but had to bring in the new ones, by himself! Jaque unloaded old fridge then reloaded the new one Whew!! Makes me tired! Lol They left everything clean and in order.Couldn't ask for a better team. This wouldn't have been... read more
