Dr Jacob is very attentive, reviews previous records in detail, and treats with a patient centered focus. I truly appreciate his individualized care, attention to detail and willingness to communicate his diagnosis and plan of care with my pcp. I feel blessed to have him overseeing my cardiac care!

The doctor was a 5 star it’s unfortunate what one poison apple can do to a Great TEAM! I was very disappointed with my interaction with Tywanna. From the start, the encounter felt unwelcoming and dismissive. She did not introduce herself, and the standard two-patient identifier process was not completed, which raised concerns about patient safety and attention to detail.
