Worst shop EVER ! Only came here because my Braider over booked ! They had no comb to part my hat kept scratching up my scalp with a clip. Informed them both 2 times the clip was scratching my scalp. They have metal pint combs for a reason . The CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ! Also their attitudes were Nasty and the shop was nasty

If I could give a zero, I would’ve given a zero I went in for a touchup I was quoted $80 I questioned the $80 because in my opinion that was a little low. I wanted three rows of knotless BoHo. I was told to be there at 12 o’clock. I got there at 12 o’clock a little bit earlier and the shop was still closed when I called the owner. She says I’m on my way. She gets there 20 minutes later when we go into the shop the shop is dirty. The floor is nasty. She has to clean up before she’s able to start on anybody’s hair. I should’ve... read more

Got Knotless braids. I asked for medium was told she could do smaller for 250. The original person who started I’m guessing her name is Bintu was nice. But sometime later a younger woman showed up to help. At first I didn't really care for how she was directing me to sit a certain way, seemed a little aggressive but it wasn’t bothering me too much so whatever.
