Bintrim Plumbing did an excellent job for us today. A tenant reported that there was a lack of hot water . We called Bintrim and we had a 12:30 appointment, the plumber call on way to the job site and I explained that the hot water tank was definitely leaking and needed replaced. He explained to me, that’s not a one man job. My heart dropped our tenants mean a lot to us and we try not to inconvenience them. By the time the plumber reached the job site, he had a plan in place. We were so fortunate to have these lovely folks come out right after Thanksgiving to help with a clogged drain flooding our basement! They came out quickly, resolved the issue, helped with some additional plumbing work we needed and it was all very reasonably priced.
