I called them during normal business hours on a Monday. "answering service" answers the phone. Gave answering service my number for Bintrim to call me about the service I described. They never did. Typical service you get with most new castle based businesses. Unprofessional, poor quality, and disrespectful. Either that or they are out of business. Who knows???

Bintrim Plumbing did an excellent job for us today. A tenant reported that there was a lack of hot water . We called Bintrim and we had a 12:30 appointment, the plumber call on way to the job site and I explained that the hot water tank was definitely leaking and needed replaced. He explained to me, that’s not a one man job. My heart dropped our tenants mean a lot to us and we try not to inconvenience them. By the time the plumber reached the job site, he had a plan in place. We were so fortunate to have these lovely folks come out right after Thanksgiving to help with a clogged drain flooding our basement! They came out quickly, resolved the issue, helped with some additional plumbing work we needed and it was all very reasonably priced. We ONLY use this family-owned company and highly recommend them for any related needs you may have. Thank you for your help!!

Rick came out from Bintrim Plumbing with what we thought was a water pipe break late at night. It was not a pipe break. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Great service.
