This place is a joke. Bintou’s stylist ruined my hair, gave me crooked, uneven braids nothing like what I asked for, and ignored me when I tried to speak up. I watched her steal the expensive curly hair I brought and then lie about it. I sat there for hours while people who came after me were served first. Then she ghosted me when I asked for a refund. She’s unprofessional, dishonest, and doesn’t care about her clients. Avoid this place at all costs.
Do NOT go to this braiding shop. They will steal from you and completely disrespect your time and money. They don’t know what they’re doing, the parts are crooked, the styles come out NOTHING like the photos, and they’re careless with your hair. I brought expensive human hair for curly pieces, and they straight up stole it. When I confronted them, they lied. When I texted them after, I was ignored. Went for the first time yesterday and it was amazing.The ladies are super sweet and friendly. They were super busy but got me in the chair pretty quickly. They usually have one person start the braids and another person finish the ends which makes it take less time! They started my hair around 1:50pm and I was out by 6:00 pm It’s a bit chaotic but the braids will eat so it’s worth it lol. Super affordable paid 200 for knotless and it was down to my back. Definitely coming back!
2/10 I do not recommend ! 7 hours was way to long I was frozen by the time I left the shop meaning cold I was told 2 different prices and gave the braider a ride home and she didn’t even give me a discount! Last but not least they only put on movies that were in there language culture, which is unfair if you’re being professional and catering to the people that are in your shop for seven hours, I couldn’t understand anything that was on the TV!
