I needed a small glass shelf for my grandfather clock. I waited less than five minutes and they brought it back to me and took care of it for me. Highly recommend!
The guy who greeted me was surly and frowning and refused to cut the glass for my antique clock. Not helpful for what I needed.

First of all let me say, Trevor was an angel. Thank you Trevor! But let me just say Jason really need some training talking to potential customers. He was very rude, condenscending, narcissistic and definitely doesn't need to be the one to address customers. When he called me to ask for payment, he definitely had an attitude when I asked if he was a scammer! I don't just give my payment information to anyone that calls me. Poor customer service. No call no show for scheduled estimate to replace windows. That was 3 days ago. I will be finding someone else who is interested in my business!
