Needed glass cut for table. Told it was a 3-4 day project and they would call with a price later that day. Never called so I checked in 3 days later. Job had not been started. After 2 weeks I went out to the shop and learned nothing had been done. I took the table top back and will find another business to do the job.

I had a shower door installed, excellent work!
Wow. The customer is NOT right with these people. Charged me over $700 to reinstall a shower door that was purchased from them and have made 4 trips to get it right. Still not shutting correctly and have gotten nothing but attitude from employees. Would highly recommend any alternative.

My windshield cracked on the way home from work on a Monday. I called Binswanger just before they closed on my way home. They sent someone out during the blizzard on Tuesday morning to my house. They had my windshield replaced before noon--right in my garage! Their price was the best around also. I can't say enough good things about these guys!
I had a driver's side window replaced on my car several weeks ago. Last week, the window jumped the track and I had to take it to someone else to fix, fearing similar incompetence a second time around. I went to their shop today to ask for a reimbersment, but was flatly told no. I recall their technician took a long time and did not appear competent for the job. I am very disapointed in Binswanger Glass. I will never use them again.
Myron did a great job installing a new windshield for my Toyota Turdra truck. I called them in the morning on the way to the office & they were able to meet with me during my lunch. Everything looks great. I called a few auto glass places online & Binswanger had the lowest price & also provided a lifetime warrantee plus two free chip or crack repairs! I'm very happy with their fast and friendly service. I will call them again when/if needed.--Tim Hoogland, Dallas, TX
They lost my file and paperwork, on a glass that they shattered in their shop, now I cannot even get a replacement, and this case was a special order from Germany...I would not ever trust these A-Holes to make a glass for my Doghouse, let alone keep track of the paperwork... This is pathetic business practices... They are not to be trusted.
