I would not recommend this company for anything but auto glass. I will say that the gals in their front office are very nice and helpful, but the product and installation was not very good. I purchased a partially frame-less glass shower surround and had them install it and had a number of problems. When they initially came to do the install, the glass had been mis-measured, so they had to re-order it, which took several more weeks. Would NOT recommend. Bought a replacement window pane from the Weatherford location. First of all their price was higher than everyone else. The only reason why we chose to go ahead with it was b/c we have a contract on our house and the appraisal was to be schedule soon after the window pane was replaced. I confirmed the appointment with Johnny, repeating the day and time. On that day, I called, precisely at 2pm, which was the time they were supposed to show up. Binswanger replaced our truck windshield. Professional, courteous & way cheaper than any advertised windshield business. Awesome!
Charlie came over right away to give us an estimate on our small, broken slider window . Our RV has double-pane insulated glass which is not available except through the RV manufacturer. The manufacturer only sells the entire window. $$$! He very kindly explained how to remove the cracked window and seal it properly leaving the intact window safely in place. My daughters car had been broken into the night before and we needed her window replaced quickly since I lived in a different town and she needed her car daily. I called at 8:30 am and we delivered the car to them at 11:00 am. Her car was ready by 3:30 pm and it was quality work, friendly service, and a great price!!
