Made an appointment with Michael, for an on-site estimate at 4pm. Tech showed up at 12:05pm. Spoke with tech over doorbell camera he stated he would call the office and someone would call me back. I'm an hour away from the site so I call the office at 2:30pm to verify whether or not someone is coming at 4pm. I'm told, "Yes, someone will be there at 4pm". I arrive on-site at 3:30pm.
