This place has HORRIBLE customer service!! Don't expect a phone call when they don't show up as scheduled. You have to call them. Then all you get are excuses and failed promises to call you back. Don't waste your time with this company!! They are lazy and unorganized.
I am looking for windows am only able to meet after work at 6pm. The sales guy had to get permission from the boss for an "after hours" meeting because they are cutting back. The sales guy called back and said he was able to work it out so he starts later that day and can meet me. Well, 6pm came and went and not so much as a phone call. I can't even reach anyone by phone.
