Horrible customer service have to make multiple calls to get supplies it has been an on going issue since the beginning of service. These supplies keep me alive and I shouldn't have to buy them on Amazon out of pocket when my Insurance covers it ..
Awful customer service. It took three days of them having my prescription with no call when I was told they would call me to make arrangements. I finally called them, they hadn’t even started to process my prescription. It took 35 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and speak to me—lots of hold music and waiting. The woman who answered was not friendly, she seemed as if she didn’t want to be at work. Very monotone and generally unfriendly. Never got supplies for December or January, got a shipment today and it's girl supplies my child is a boy. When I called about the recent shipment I was pretty much told to bad and MAYBE next month I would get boys supplies. I'm like wth he's always gotten the correct kind before. Not sure what's going on with this supply store but beware. I would appreciate it if I could talk to someone above the nurse to try and fix this problem. My son shouldn't have to wear girls pink pullups.
Hidden charges! They fit me with several different masks that were supposed to have worked only to find out they were a poor fit and the whole time I was being billed for their trial and error. The lady also told me my machine would be paid for by insurance but they are charging me $80 a month! Why would I pay that when I can buy my own brand new for under a grand.
