Went well everything was explained good on how to operate, clean and take care of machine .very friendly ,did a great job
My husband Darrell was hospitalized due to hypoxia. The oxygen concentrator we purchased a few years ago was not giving him correct amount of oxygen. The Dr's would not release him without making sure he had a new one at home. I called Binsons & they immediately took care of everything. Torrence a tech, waited for us on a Saturday & had him all set up. He was so kind & knowledgeable. He even made a special trip the next day to add a new humidifier. Horrible customer service have to make multiple calls to get supplies it has been an on going issue since the beginning of service. These supplies keep me alive and I shouldn't have to buy them on Amazon out of pocket when my Insurance covers it ..
Awful customer service. It took three days of them having my prescription with no call when I was told they would call me to make arrangements. I finally called them, they hadn’t even started to process my prescription. It took 35 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and speak to me—lots of hold music and waiting. The woman who answered was not friendly, she seemed as if she didn’t want to be at work. Very monotone and generally unfriendly.
