Wonderful explanation of how to use and maintain my CPAP. Tom answered all my questions and I left with a little more confidence than when I came in
I have a new CPAP mask and it worked great last evening I’ve tried others and they didn’t work so well. I slept so well for the first time and I really appreciate the help and knowledge of Thomas Ward who helped me and gave me so much advice on how to use it. My new mask fits perfectly and it works really well. He didn’t rush me out he spent time with me and made sure it fit well and he explained things to me in a way that I could understand everything. Thank you Thomas Ward you really helped me!
