My doctor went to them for a cane. They contacted me. I told them my height. I am very tall. They collected that information and shipped a cane. It was too small. It took 4 or 5 calls to get to a person who could begin to address it. She says they have none for a person of my size, that they never should have sold the cane. Says they will eventually call me, they'll email the branch and they will call me, that locally they might have one that is properly sized. The ladies that are at this facility. Our wonderful, they have been very understanding and working with me and getting things together. I greatly appreciate them, and I believe they do a fantastic job. I would recommend anybody to go there.

We appreciate the fast service and ability of the technician to be able to pivot and find solutions for my husband when it was needed. Very friendly and helpful.
