Wasn't delivered what was ordered by my rehab hospital. That I needed to go home! Then waited at home for the right equipment and they showed up with a used commode and still need to order my wheelchair. Won't get my wheelchair for another week!

I strongly caution anyone considering this company for mobility equipment. As a Physical Therapist, I was shocked by their lack of attention to patient needs. They provided a manual wheelchair for a patient of mine who is almost 6 feet tall. The chair is far too small, and my patient is unable to get out of it comfortably due to its low seat height. I called this morning to see if I would be able to purchase a C-pap mask because I am on a work trip and forgot mine at home. I was told on the phone that this would not be a problem and provided them with the name of the mask that I use. I show up at the supply place mid afternoon to pick up as I was driving over an hour to my next client appointment for the next 2 days and was greeted by a extremely rude person who told me that I wasn't able to purchase this item without a prescription.
