Can’t get a hold of the place
Manuel took great care of my wheelchair. I brought it to him and he fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. He was very pleasant thanks for the great service in Longwood
The staff at the Longwood location are genuinely helpful, friendly, and professional. They were by far the best part of our experience with Binson’s as a whole, and they deserve recognition for the way they treat customers. That said, despite the positive reviews and hype surrounding the company, our overall experience with Binson’s was disappointing. They don't care, if you don't have insurance forget about it. They are nice at first, but if you experience a lapse in insurance, they don't care. Will contact new insurance for a better option. Thanks for letting my suppliers go six months over with zero concerns. Come on here and tell me that customers are your number one priority, in Longwood, they are not. Period. But you're still note on here that you are and to please contact you.
