This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in terms of communication. Several friends have used them and recommended my not using them, but this was who my doctor recommended. Had a wonderful experience at Binson’s Medical Equipment in Longwood Florida. I was assisted by 2 knowledgeable salesperson, Jessica and Emanuel . They helped me with an Airmed AirMini . They took the time to explain how to use the equipment and process the order seamlessly!
My mother recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this medical supply company. She was repeatedly disrespected, mistreated, and even hung up on while trying to report serious service issues. Despite her persistence, leadership offered no meaningful support or accountability. My pulmonologist ordered a machine for me to use at night to measure my oxygen level. Never received a call from them to get it set up. They took all my information down and said they would send it out. They've sent me three text messages wanting to do a review and how they machine was doing.
