Was in dire need of an ankle brace and Amazon wouldn’t get it to me until 4 days so I went here and got a brace the same day and for a very good price. Staff is very helpful and welcoming! Definitely recommend!
Very disappointed in Binson’s. ProMed is a subpar delivery service that literally tosses your package wherever it lands on your porch takes a pic from the truck takes no measure to ensure it’s left in a secure place or knock on the door to let customer know it’s there. In bad weather, anything could blow away. Call binsons and too bad they have a picture. Binsons should use more reliable delivery.
Binson's Medical supplies was very helpful in getting a Hoyer lift, and Hoyer pad and a wheelchair and hospital bed for my wife, Carla, when she came home from physical rehab. she was in great need of this equipment for a better home environment and safety. I wanna take time out to thank Stephen, The technician for working very hard for us and giving us the peace of mind in the equipment that we received. Have called 2 days trying to get info and prices on nebulizer kitsand compression stockings. Put on hold 1st time without getting to speak to someone, until I got sick of holding and hung up. 2nd time finally a lady answered and said she'd connect me to someone up front and after waiting a long time hung up. Poor customer service. Will go elsewhere.
