They don't care, if you don't have insurance forget about it. They are nice at first, but if you experience a lapse in insurance, they don't care. Will contact new insurance for a better option. Thanks for letting my suppliers go six months over with zero concerns. Come on here and tell me that customers are your number one priority, in Longwood, they are not. Period. But you're still note on here that you are and to please contact you.
I love the Longwood office. Jessica is the best! She’s always very polite and accommodating.
Terrible customer service, insurance cover all charges but they keep sending me the bill every 2 months. Their record keeping is awful
Very difficult to get through on the phone most of the time. Medical supplies order took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I pray and hope that this will not continue like this because people's lives are involved no matter how small the order is.
