Awful place! Just sat there for 2 hours after signing in and being told to wait. Only to find out appointment was for following week. They only took the time to see if was being helped because it was closing time for them. Incompetent people.

I just wanted to write a review on Binson’s. I’m so impressed with the service I received from Nya and Kevin in the Livonia office the other day. They helped me with a billing issue caused by Dr not leaving a note for my moms machine to be billed by insurance. This kept her from getting supplies. They could have easily told me that this isn’t their problem and I need to take care of and come back after. Instead Nya reached out found exactly what was missing so insurance can bill and I can get the supplies we need. While on h... read more
