Terrible telephone service. Every time I call I’m on hold at least 45 minutes, if I get an answer at all. If I leave a call-back number it doesn’t happen. I’ve been on hold now for 50 minutes!
Saw Hayden Schlamb at Binsons in Livonia for help with my Binson-supplied CPAC machine and want to commend his help for me. He easily solved my mask problems and offered great advice in suggesting effective future use of the machine. He was very knowledgeable, respectful of my frustrations with the machine, and pleasingly polite when engaging with me. Outstanding service!
