Preparing for my dad to come home from the hospital after a stroke was easier knowing that we had a Binson’s nearby. Being able to buy the items we needed, return for the correct size and physically see our choices has made such a difference. When I initially walked in it was very busy. A kind woman directed me where to go and I signed in. My rep Kevin S. Acknowledged I was there and had me sit at his station. He was extremely knowledgeable, took time to listen to my concerns and helped me understand what I needed to do.
I needed to exchange my mask from my new cpap machine. Luka was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for my needs. Thank you Luka for your help today looking forward to a full nights sleep.
