I had a very difficult time getting oxygen supplies delivered from this company. They don't follow up with health care providers if they need additional information, or tell you either. They also don't update your account when they receive all the documents. The employees and supervisor I spoke with need additional training. If you need medical supplies, use another Durable Medical Equipment supplier.
I never got through! The absolute worst customer service. The voice mail system loops you to nowhere over and over.
The customer service representative was responsive and helpful. She was able to address all concerns.
Kevin Shimko was so knowledgeable and calming. My first experience with a CPAP had me on edge. Kevin explained everything in detail, answered any questions I had until I fully understood, and was a delight to work with. Binson’s made a good choice when they hired him!
They have a phone dispatch but I've been on hold for over 40 minutes. I've called THREE times in the AM before noon. Still no answer. You guys at the Livonia Binsons do not care or take people's medical needs as serious as it should be taken or as serious as you all claim you take it. There is NO WAY anyone should be on hold for any longer than 5 or maybe 10 minutes. You all are negligent. The Dearborn Location does a MUCH BETTER job at taking care of the needs of those who are IN NEED of medical supplies. DO BETTER.
