Friendly and knowledgeable.
I had to bring my daughter here for a boot. Once we were met by the staff member, they said they couldn’t fit her. And gave us some sort of locking mechanism for a shoe. Claimed her weight was a problem. If you have a loved one that is overweight and needs support, please reconsider coming here as they don’t offer viable alternatives-I went to a competitor and walked out with a boot she needed a week later. Meeting her weight requirements.

100% "DISGUSTING DISRESPECT" toward Customers, of which one would assume are present in the first place as a result of their being Family Members, or Caregivers, of "Sick, Incapacitated, Handicapped, or 'worse', Hospice Scenario" Patients, of which have "little to no" capacity for type of "disrespectful, non empathetic, pushy treatment" one can expect from a "select" number of pathetic Customer Service Representatives, who are representing a "well recognized Medical Supplies Provider" like Binsons.
Dennis was great. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best he gets a 10.
