Customer service is very poor. Sales people walk around say hi to you then make you wait hours for service.
I've been trying to get a walker and or wheelchair for my mom for weeks. They are never satisfied with the prescription from the doctor. If you call it takes almost an hour to talk to anyone. If there is an issue with your prescription they will not call and let you know. You must drive up to the store or sit on the phone for an hour to find out whats going on. I gave up these people are too incompetent. I bought my mom a wheelchair on Amazon.
After signing in for my 1130 appt. It took them well over 45 min to call me up just to tell me that my 1130 appt was in the system for 10am and I would have to reschedule. As their system does not send you a confirmation text like every other organization I showed up at 1130 that I was verbally told. I am now sitting on hold for well over an hour waiting to reschedule and see why the verbal time was different from the time input into their system. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They should outsource that department to India. At least a person will answer the call.
I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea and ne a machine, been on call waiting for an hour. No response, I've been through this wait wait wait wait game for 2 months or more now with no machine.
