If I could give zero stars I would. This place was un-welcoming, NOT HELPFUL, and the lady with the attitude in the respiratory department was SO RUDE that I will literally never give them my business even if I was on my last breath. Seriously. Go anywhere but here.
Missing deadlines, unaware of appointments they set, and rude over the phone on top. They simply don’t do their job. Joke of a place. Take your business elsewhere if you can.

We had the pleasure of working with Michelle LaDuke at Binson’s in Royal Oak a week ago. My sister went in for her CPAP machine training. To say she was nervous about wearing a CPAP mask is an understatement. She’s extremely claustrophobic and was very scared of having her face covered. I was at a loss for how to help her. Michelle was amazing with her! She spent time talking with her about different ways to make it easier for her to wear it.
