Walked in as instructed on previous phone call. Signed in at cpap area. Waited about 5 minutes and was called back by Nya. She was very helpful with getting my new mask and other supplies. She answered all my questions. Was polite and listens to my needs and concerns. Very helpful.
I had the best customer service care from Basement who spent more than 20 minutes with me saving me over $250 because of solving insurance issues.
Basem and team are excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and they have a lot of patience. The Livonia store is well organized with lots of choices. We were shopping for a scooter and it streamlined our purchase by easily being able to demo the different units. We are very pleased with our experience due to the great care Basem gave us.
