I have never experienced such a dysfunctional telephone system. Excessive wait times, Ill-mannered personnel, and hang-ups. If I were a an manager or a shareholder, try to use the phone system-you have many improvements to be made. It is the worst!
We were there yesterday, to make an exchange for a nebulibelizer filter. We sat there for half hour, while workers stood around not helping anyone. My husband is on oxygen having a hard time, asked for help told to wait. Finally the guy came to (help), had bad attitude! All we said was we needed an exchange, we bought the wrong one.
