It is with great disdain that I am using this platform to leave an employee review for my former employer, Binsky & Snyder. Worst experience. I’ve used them before which is crazy cause they’re normally professional. But I had got rescheduled twice by the company now for family emergencies I guess techs had and this last appt the tech never showed and wasted my entire weekend waiting. As someone who lives alone this is not the kind of business you wanna deal with. DO NOT USE THEM.

Deeply disappointment and concerned with the ethics of this company. As customers, we place our trust in well-known HVAC companies like yours, expecting fair treatment and honest service. Unfortunately, my wife and I experienced the opposite on our recent service visit when our AC compressor started making funky sounds. Not only did we feel taken advantage of through blatant price gouging, but we were also provided with incorrect information to pressure us into unnecessary expenses.
